Labor Land Birth Doula Package includes a birth planning session, labor prep session, labor support, immediate breastfeeding support and a birth reflection + postpartum intro session.

Includes:

- 5 hours of scheduled prenatal support calls including a birth plan review

- 24/7 access to your doula via text and email from hire until your 6-week check in

- On-call doula support starting at 37 weeks

- 24/7 labor support from the onset of labor (virtual only)

- Support 2 hours after birth and during discharge if needed

- Follow-up birth reflection and breastfeeding support session

- 6-week postpartum check-in session

Consultation Required

Please fill out our contact form to complete your required consultation before purchasing any birth support services. This is to ensure the doula is a good fit for your needs and to guarantee your satisfaction with our approach.

Agreement Required

Please download, review, and sign the Birth Support Services Agreement (sent via email) with 72 hours of purchasing your service to begin receiving service. No other emails, links, or resources can be sent before we receive your agreement.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refund requests are subject to our 72 hour refund policy. After 72 hours, no refunds will be made, only exchanges or credits towards other services. Purchases are transferrable, however, a consultation is required before the new recipient can receive service.

Scheduled Calls

In order to ensure quality of service and availability, all scheduled sessions must be booked through the Calendly link (sent via email), no exceptions.

If you have a quick question or would like to speak with your doula for a shorter amount of time than the sessions allow, please text her directly to determine her availability and so that your can receive support immediately.

On-Call Support

On-Call Support begins at 37 weeks. At that time your doula is available to you 24/7 via phone and text until you go into labor and she arrives on-site.

24/7 Labor Support

You will work with your doula to determine the best time for her to arrive at the birth location. Once she arrives she will be there to support, comfort, and assist you until you give birth to your baby. If you have virtual support your doula will attend your labor via telephone, text, FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet, or any other preferred video conferencing platform.

Follow-Up Session

Shortly after you have your baby your doula will reach out to schedule a good time for you to have a follow-up session where you reflect on and process your birth, get help with breastfeeding, and do some postpartum self-care and healing therapy.
