Labor Prep Session is virtual with in-person option for residents of Atlanta, GA.

An up to 5 hour long labor prep session where we:

- Review your birth and postpartum plan (NOT CREATE ONE)
- Practice comfort measures and
- Give your partner or birth team tips and tools to get comfortable supporting you
- Practice using comfort measures,
- Go more in-depth on what to expect when labor begins
- Complete a labor rehearsal, and more!

At the end of the Labor Prep Session you will:

- Know what to expect leading up to and during labor
- Feel more comfortable embracing the process of birth and trusting your body to do the work
- Have a more competent birth team equipped with ways to increase your comfort during labor
- Be prepared with pain management techniques in advance
- Know what to bring and what not to bring with you to the hospital or birth center
- Have a Labor Day Plan
- Be ready to welcome your baby to the world with confidence, excitement, and strength!

And we will send you a Labor Care Kit with the tools and supplies we discussed during our session so you can be supported during labor!
